If a vet referral is not required we arrange a mutually beneficial time to complete the service that is right for your cat. We discuss whether this is in person/online.

I will ask you to send a video of your cat’s home environment.

We will arrange to visit you at home or online. 

Payment is required to secure the time of the consult.

The consult is one hour long and Lisa spends 1 hour writing up a follow up report.

Lisa provides 1 month follow up support via email after the consultation has taken place.
